How to purchase 13N Merch?
1直接下訂
選擇喜歡的商品和顏色後直接加入購物車。不同款式顏色可重新載入商品頁面加入購物車。接受信用卡和Visa / Mastercard金融卡付款。如需要ATM/網路銀行轉帳，請至蝦皮商場。
Place your order directly on this page with your credit card or paypal.
2確認訂單成功
付款後都會有email確認，表示下單成功。請檢查信箱和垃圾郵件內來自13N的信。
You will receive an email confirmation when order is placed successfully
3美國出貨
預購收單後，商品才會開始在美國製作。待我收到商品後會開始做分裝並從美國出貨。亞洲地區會由台灣中華郵政轉寄（境內採平信，國際則是掛號）。若有特別需要掛號，還請在訂單內備註。
Production will begin once pre-order ends. All products will be individually packed by yours truly and then shipped via global mail if you are outside of U.S.

商品什麼時候會寄出？
When will it be shipped?
2020 1/27 開始採分批出貨，國際運送需要10到14個工作天。寄出後會email/蝦皮系統通知並提供網頁查詢訂單最新進度。
Estimated shipping date in late January of 2020. International shipping takes 10 to 14 business days. You will receive shipping notification when your order is shipped.
請問有貨到付款嗎？
Can I pay upon receipt?
因為時間和人力問題，無法提供貨到付款和超商取貨。只接受Paypal，信用卡，Visa/Mastercard金融卡和銀行網路ATM轉帳（蝦皮商場）。之前有車友找持有信用卡的朋友合資預購，這可能也是一個方法。
Due to limited time and resources, I only accept credit card, paypal and bank transfer (bank transfer is limited to Shopee platform only).
不在台灣和美國也可以下訂嗎？
Can I order outside of Taiwan and US?
只要你在地球上，都可以從這商店下訂。全球郵寄。過去商品曾寄過歐洲，澳洲，紐西蘭，中國，香港，澳門，日本，馬來西亞，新加坡。
Yes, I ship worldwide. Just place your order on 13n.tv shop.(I have shipped to Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Europe, Australia, China, Japan etc...)

How can I order from China?
歡迎使用可國際付費的信用卡，銀聯，或用Paypal綁定銀聯帳戶。
You may use your credit card or tie your Chinese credit card to Paypal and submit your order.
我的訂單有出錯，如何更改？
How do I correct errors on my order?
如果還在預購期間，你可以來信取消錯誤的訂單，重新下訂。或著告知我記錄要更改的部分（請在信中寫上訂單號碼和商場名稱）。如果是要更改數量，那就必須取消訂單重訂，或是再追加訂單。
註：蝦皮商場可以自行取消訂單。
If within pre-order period, you may email me to correct your order. Please send me order number. If you are pre-ordering from Shopee, you may make the change there yourself.
商品可以改掛號寄嗎？(台灣/美加地區）
Can you ship certified mail instead? (Taiwan/US/Canada only)
可以，請在訂單備註掛號。如果是訂單量多，我也會自行採用掛號方式寄送。台灣美加以外地區不論訂購數量皆用掛號方式寄出。
If you don't want to use regular mail, please request certified mail in order note. Order with large quantities will be automatically sent as certified mail. International region other than Taiwan/US/Canada are always shipped via certified mail.
